The following services are included:

Clien Card: Each guest receives the South Tyrol Guest Pass. The Card allows our guests to discover the Alpe di Siusi holiday area and the region of South Tyrol by train and bus (public transport). The following services are included:

The Shuttle Bus Service of the Alpe di Siusi holiday area (except bus routes 10 and 11)
regional and local trains from Brennero as far as Trento and from Malles to San Candido
bus services throughout the province (town, suburban e city buses)
the Renon, Colle, Maranza, San Genesio, Meltina and verano cable cars
the narrow track Renon railway and the Mendola cable railway
Malles and Zernez on a Swiss Postbus service
discount Combi Card, Nordic Pass and Seiser Alm Card Gold (discount: 3 in 7 or 7 days = 2,00 €; 14 days = 4,00 €)

The Card is valid 7 days. Guests who have booked a longer stay, receive a second card after 7 days. The tickets are personal and non-transferable and need to be voided each time you travel. Dogs don't have the right to get the client card and have to pay the regular fare in the SAD busses. The transfer of dogs in the shuttle busses is free of charge.
If the Card receives the stamping "unleserlich/illeggibile" (meaning "unreadable") when it is voided, it is still valid that day. In the evening, it has to be substituted for a new Card by your accommodation.

All the apartments are with SAT - TV (with many programs and radio), safe, electric coffee machine, complete dish-sethover, cot on request.
All the apartments are equipped with hair dryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic-hotplate, wireless - internet connection, toaster, microwave oven on request.

Also at your disposal are the washing-machine and tumble dryer, with coin.

Reservation and deposit:
A reservation is considered binding upon receipt of a deposit (of € 100).
The deposit is at the same time an eventual cancellation fee. In case of a later arrival or an earlier departure the full agreed time of reservation will be taken in consideration for the payment.

We accept credit cards.

On the arrival day the apartment will be available from 4 p.m.
On the departure day the apartment must be vacated until 9 a.m.
